FirstBank Launches Fintech Innovators Pitch to Nurture Early-Stage Startups

Campus Business (October 21, 2024) – FirstBank is gearing up for its 6th annual Fintech Summit, themed “Banking on Partnerships,” scheduled for November 13th and 14th, 2024. This year, the event promises engaging sessions, keynote speeches, and valuable networking opportunities, along with a new initiative aimed at empowering Nigerian startups—the Fintech Innovators Pitch Programme.

Application Deadline: Applications close on Sunday, October 27th, 2024, at 11:59 PM WAT.

Overview of the FirstBank 2024 Fintech Innovators Pitch: As part of this year’s summit, FirstBank has unveiled the Fintech Innovators Pitch Programme. This initiative is set to offer early-stage fintech startups essential training, mentorship, and a chance to showcase their solutions to investors, industry leaders, and FirstBank representatives.

The programme aims to drive innovation and growth within Nigeria’s fintech sector by offering selected startups strategic support, resources, and opportunities to partner with FirstBank to bring their products to market.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Open to early-stage fintech startups at various stages, including idea stage, working prototypes, early traction, or early revenue.
• Must be based in Lagos and available for pitch preparation and presentation on the specified dates.

• Fintech Startups in various sectors
